Location: South Natick, MA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Permanent) Practice Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy & Performance Rehabilitation Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible Day & Evening Hours | No Weekends | No On-Call

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and performance rehabilitation practice in South Natick, MA. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians passionate about one-on-one patient care, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and helping patients transition from rehabilitation to long-term performance and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy interventions
• Guide patients through all phases of recovery and return-to-activity programs
• Design and progress therapeutic exercise and strength training programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with clinical team members to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certification required
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Experience in manual therapy, orthopedics, or sports rehabilitation preferred
• Background in strength & conditioning or personal training is a plus
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
