Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive mental health care services in Long Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Provide supportive therapy and patient education
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization).
• Board Certified PMHNP-BC.
• Active New York State NP license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology.
