The Unit Coordinator manages the ongoing operations of the unit(s) including staff performance and development, resident care, and clinical outcomes and finances. Assumes the role of relief supervisor as needed.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Education: Current license as RN in Pennsylvania
• Experience:
• Required skills: Ability to work flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, etc., criminal background check (long term care)
• Preferred Skills: Previous management experience, BSN certification, 5 years RN experience
