Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active license in Speech-Language Pathology; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred, though recent graduates are considered
• Previous experience in school settings and with young children is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to collaborate with educational staff and families
• Enthusiasm for early intervention and personalized therapy strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged children within a daycare center
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports aligned with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as appropriate
• Adapt therapy techniques to a variety of learning and developmental styles
