Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform inspections of parts according to well-defined criteria using standard visual, physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements. You will perform visual inspections on large lot sizes under a microscope and accurately document the results of inspections and testing. Additionally, you will maintain all controlled documentation files and test records in a timely manner and perform data entry into the computer for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections of parts using standard visual, physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements.
Conduct visual inspections on large lot sizes under a microscope.
Accurately document the results of inspections and testing.
Maintain all controlled documentation files and test records promptly.
Perform data entry for inspection records.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to use inspection gauges and microscopes.
Proficiency in following SOPs and inspection procedures.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
Willingness to learn and train on microscope usage.

Work Environment
The work environment is not in a cleanroom setting, and no PPE is required. The quality department comprises about 10-12 employees, and contractors have their own benches. This area is shared with the warehouse team, promoting regular interaction.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
