Overview Infection Prevention Nurse (RN/LPN) - Kane County, IL | Skilled Nursing Care A skilled nursing facility in Kane County is seeking an Infection Prevention Nurse to support regulatory compliance, surveillance, and infection control practices. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to monitor infection trends, support audits, maintain required documentation, and assist with staff education.
