We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Event Coordinator to join our European Academy team. In this client-facing role, you’ll be a key player in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences—from live webinars to interactive virtual and face-to-face courses.
You’ll collaborate with internal trainers and cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end production of learning events. If you’re passionate about education, technology, and creating meaningful learning journeys, this role is for you. What You’ll Do
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Academy learning events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) using platforms like Adobe Connect, Zoom, and MS Teams.
• Manage timelines, logistics, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical and creative support to trainers and learners.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging participant experience, as well as consistency in quality and branding, across all formats.
• Support user onboarding and management on Academy’s learning platform, while ensuring compliance with data management and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR)
• Contribute to documenting event coordination processes and creating internal playbooks, checklists.
• Support the team's marketing collateral creation as needed. About You:

Other key skills and experience we are looking for within a successful candidate include: • A passion for learning, creativity, and customer experience.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools/platforms (e.g., Cvent, Teams, webinar tools)
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., video editing and image design) to support branding and collateral creation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across teams.
