As an OR RN Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room. Your leadership skills will be essential in coordinating schedules, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This position does not require on-call duties, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care during your scheduled shifts.

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations in the operating room
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide mentorship and guidance to OR staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Master‘s Degree preferred
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Experience in a trauma center preferred
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
