LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Berlin, NH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable Nights

Travel Gross Weekly: $1,400–$1,490/week, based on experience
Local Pay: $40–$44/hr, based on experience

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience caring for residents with varying medical and nursing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and in accordance with applicable policies.
• Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and residents' overall health status.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the RN or physician.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the LTC specialty .
• Current New Hampshire LPN License or valid Compact State LPN License and registration – Required.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a long-term care environment.
