Role Description The Store Manager role at Daniel's Jewelers is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and coaching team members, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role includes managing sales performance, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. The Store Manager will also handle scheduling, training, and performance feedback, while driving store goals and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership. Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff and overseeing daily operations. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets. Proven ability to meet sales targets and motivate a team in a retail environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Prior retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail, is beneficial.
