Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care) Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k And More! 2nd Shift Supervisor Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm) Supervise and support a team of production employees during 2nd shift operations Coordinate workflow to ensure production schedules and targets are met Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards Train and coach team members on processes, safety, and performance expectations Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Assist with daily reporting, attendance tracking, and shift documentation 2nd Shift Supervisor Qualifications: Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience in manufacturing Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Experience with production processes and quality standards Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support production needs Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
