As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for every guest by providing genuine hospitality, serving quality food, and representing the Chick-fil-A brand with care and enthusiasm.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality by creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Engage guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Build meaningful connections and create memorable guest experiences
• Uphold and encourage the restaurant’s purpose, vision and values
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively as a dependable and adaptable team member
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas
• Remain on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards
• Be open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
• May be required to work at multiple restaurant locations based on business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
