Food Service Supervisor

The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food & Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to s upervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas, and enforces departmental work guidelines and policies/procedures. Maintain adequate staffing, food quality, schedules, and quality assurance records Complete assigned forecasting Order menu items to meet demand Assist in providing food service as needed Attend assigned meetings and conducts staff meetings University of Iowa Health Care—recognized as one of the best hospitals in the United States—is Iowa's only comprehensive academic medical center and a regional referral center.
