To maintain our immaculate standards, we are seeking a multi-talented Hospitality Support Specialist to join our team. This cross-functional role ensures that our high-end environments—the vibrant, upscale The Chic Bistro and our luxury rooftop event venue, The Penthouse —remain pristine, organized, and deeply welcoming from the front door to the dining floor.

As a Hospitality Support Specialist, you are the backbone of our daily operations. You will cycle between managing guest welcomes and coordination (Concierge), maintaining venue aesthetic and hygiene (Cleaner), and supporting the service floor with rapid table resets and asset management (Busser).

As a Concierge / Guest Services Representative:

• Premium Guest Welcome: Act as the first point of contact, warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, checking coats, and directing visitors with a high level of poise.
  

• Inquiry & Logistics Management: Answer phone calls, manage guest inquiries regarding venue events, and coordinate seamlessly with the management team for VIP arrivals.
  

As a Busser / Service Assistant:

• Table & Floor Resetting: Clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables rapidly and quietly; sanitize tables and reset them promptly according to branding guidelines.
  

• Service Support: Assist bartenders and servers by replenishing ice, clean glassware, water, and table essentials during peak high-volume hours.
  

As a Facilities Cleaner / Day Porter:

• Venue Ambience Maintenance: Keep all guest-facing areas, including dining rooms, bar floors, lounges, and restrooms, completely spotless throughout the shift.
  

• Sanitation Compliance: Follow deep-cleaning checklists and strict health department sanitation protocols to preserve a luxury environment.
  

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, busing, or luxury environmental services preferred.
  

• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, physical stamina to remain on your feet and move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and a warm, polished demeanor.
  

• Professionalism: Highly organized, proactive in spotting areas that need cleaning or resetting, and deeply team-oriented.
  

• Availability: Flexible schedule, including readiness to work evening shifts, weekends, and late-night holiday events.
