General Manager
A national leader in the custom home building industry is looking for a General Manager in Cookeville, TN.
An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of residential construction. Someone from or familiar with the Cookeville, TN area and knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations. This company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the production and sales processes.
Here is the basic breakdown of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales, and production for our office clientele and staff.
General Manager - Responsibilities
- Sales Direction & Leadership with New Homes
- (Close communications with clients/homeowners for total satisfaction)
- Production Experience on Custom Homes
- (Work with field staff to ensure schedule/budgets/quality are all on track)
- Administration of P&L / Financials & Staff Management
