J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with independence Experience with client interactions and direct communications A strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations is required Excellent analytical and writing skills Bar admission in California USPTO bar membership is required Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required.SUMMARY
