Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Requirements: 3+years public accounting experience, CPA/EA preferred

The Role

You'll own client projects from concept to completion, leading teams to exceptional results. Coach and develop your team while identifying new client opportunities. This hybrid role is based in our Camas office with required travel to client sites. You'll have real ownership and real impact here.

Job Duties

• Project manage client assignments and drive successful outcomes
• Prepare engagement budgets and establish work schedules using project management tools
• Identify client needs and uncover opportunities
• Build and lead a motivated, empowered team
• Review team work to ensure quality deliverables
• Mentor Staff Accountants

What You Need

• 3+ years public accounting experience
• CPA or EA preferred
