Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/ Geriatrics Physician to join 32 providers in a well-established practice offering 12 specialties and subspecialties. This position offers 2 ½ days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care. Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required.

Join an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team
Multispecialty Clinic  offers a full range of healthcare services to include: primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO ECU Health Multispecialty Clinic
Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties
System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
