Job TitlePay Range: $35hr - $40hrRequirement/Must HaveAssociates or bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).Organizational and time management skills.Solid written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint.Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred, but not required.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.ResponsibilitiesCollect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data from multiple sources.Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards.Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts and actual expenditures.Coordinate project governance meetings, record and track follow-up action items.Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities.Perform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management tool, Service Now.Perform analysis and develop summary views utilizing the data to tell a story.Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio performance and key metrics.Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting activities.Support portfolio governance by preparing reporting materials for leadership meetings.Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions and standard operating procedures.
