Are you a reliable caregiver who’s passionate about making a difference?
We’re looking for a dedicated Caregiver with a relevant Dementia Care Training & Experience to join our

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities as needed.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individual(s) under your care.

• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.

• Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with the individual(s).

• Communicate effectively with the client and family members and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant caregiving & dementia care certification is a plus

• Experience working in a residential care is a plus

• Experience in dementia care and understanding of the associated challenges

• Passion for providing care and support to others.

• Excellent attendance record and reliability in fulfilling duties.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Has vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

• Must be eligible to work in Fairbanks, Alaska.
