Level II NICUs

and normal newborn nurseries Flexible schedule consisting of

16- and 24-hour shifts

designed to promote work-life balance Attend high-risk and routine deliveries

No neonatal transport responsibilities

Be assigned to a dedicated hospital system while collaborating across a coordinated neonatal program Join an experienced multidisciplinary team consisting of:

6 Neonatologists

1 Pediatrician

16 Advanced Practice Providers

Practice with a high level of autonomy supported by: In-house Neonatologist coverage On-call Neonatologist backup Work within a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on evidence-based neonatal care

Experienced NNPs only ; new graduates are not being considered Visa sponsorship is

Job Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Nursing Current APRN national certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Minimum

1 year of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience
