Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first approach to care. Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional abilities; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address mobility, strength, endurance, and functional goals; administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy techniques; educating patients and families on treatment plans, exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention; collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care; tracking and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary; ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards; and promoting patient independence and encouraging active participation in rehabilitation. Requirements include a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply), strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, and patient care standards, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Certifications/Licenses include a current state Physical Therapist license (required) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
