We source products directly from trusted retailers and vendor partners, purchasing in volume and moving inventory quickly through our fulfillment centers. To support our growth, we’re hiring a Retail Field Buyer & Sourcing Specialist – Full Time to join our team. About the Role This is not a desk job. As a Buyer, you’ll be on the road daily in a company transit van, visiting retailers, identifying promotional opportunities, building vendor relationships, and making bulk purchasing decisions. This role requires flexibility, as sourcing opportunities and store availability may occasionally require early starts, late finishes, or adjusted routes. You’ll represent Lifestyle Outfitters professionally while managing a company credit card and operating within defined spend and sourcing guidelines. You’ll also use technology and product research tools to analyze data and make informed decisions on what to buy, when to buy, and how much to buy. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being in the field, moving fast, and taking ownership of results.
