CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a large Level III trauma center and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 1900 - 0730

Call: 2-3 shifts per month

Location: Puyallup, WA

Type: Level III Trauma Center

Beds: 375 licensed beds

The CT unit handles a diverse array of patients:

• Day Shift: General, diagnostic, interventional procedures, assisting with procedures, ER, critical cases
• Evening/Night Shift: Primarily ER and ICU patients

Perform high-quality CT imaging for diagnostics and interventions

Assist with procedures and work closely with emergency room and intensive care teams

Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures

• Required Licensure and Certifications: BLS, ARRT CT R, Washington state license
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a large Level III+ facility with acute care experience
• Cardiac CT experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Siemens CT equipment is advantageous

The CT Technologist will collaborate with:

• Lead CT Tech
• Respiratory Therapy team
• Hospitalist and Radiologist (including IR MD and PA)

EMR: EPIC

IV Pumps: Alaris

Medication Dispensing: Pyxis

PACS: Change Healthcare

Orientation: 1 week in the department, with potential extension

Fixed weekend rotation with a repeating schedule

Holidays: Every other holiday required

Scrub Color: Any color, must maintain a professional appearance

Transportation: Free parking is available for all staff members.
