About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management for Managed AI Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Managed AI Services portfolio. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in product management, particularly in the AI/ML services domain, and experience in building and scaling AI-managed services. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical program management, marketing, customer success, and sales, to ensure the portfolio meets customer needs, company goals, and market trends. Strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor and lead a team of product managers. Applicants for the VP of Product Management role at the company should have a strong background in AI-managed services, including inference, tuning, reinforcement learning, and agent sandboxes. A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and experience in managing and launching technical products for various customer segments is required. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to AI tools, experience with open model ecosystems, and familiarity with Agile and Lean product management methodologies. Bonus points for those with an engineering background and experience in operating AI-managed services from the customer side. The role is pivotal in shaping the go-to-market strategy, building relationships with key partners, and proactively addressing technical and commercial risks to ensure the portfolio's success.
