Youth & Family Programs Coordinator

Crossroads YMCA is seeking a Youth & Family Coordinator in the Hobart, Indiana area. The role focuses on creating engaging youth programs and supporting families while providing direct service about 80% of the time. You will supervise shifts, coordinate activities, and help onboarding of new participants. You will lead staff development, recruit and coach team members, and ensure safety and inclusivity in all programs.
