Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individualized client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical or physiological information Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Adhere strictly to safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in CPR Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on patient service and client communication Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to pain management and occupational health Hands‑on experience with a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments preferred Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans Prior work experience in medical spas or wellness centers is advantageous but not required Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and improved physical health Join us in delivering outstanding therapeutic experiences that enhance well-being!
