We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team at a prestigious winery in Riverside County, CA . This is an exciting opportunity for a financial leader who is passionate about the wine industry and has the drive to contribute to the continued growth and success of a renowned brand. The company offers a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and provides strong potential for professional growth.
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000/yr + bonus, health benefits, 401K with match, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles in the hospitality industry
- Strong expertise in financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Track record of successfully leading financial teams and driving growth
- Ability to think strategically and execute financial strategies that align with the company's vision and long-term goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
