Sr. Estimator

A fast-growing civil construction firm is seeking a Sr. Estimator to join its expanding team. The company specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects – highways, bridges, airports, railroads, and water systems that improve communities and drive progress. Key Responsibilities Analyze bid documents and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates. Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals. Perform detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment. Research market trends, pricing, and competitive strategies. Maintain and apply historical cost and production data to support estimating accuracy. Participate in bid reviews and collaborate closely with senior estimators and management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Civil or Water infrastructure projects. Experience with projects $20M+ in scope preferred. Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, BlueBeam, Agtek, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
