Nurse Practitioner - PRN

Overview Matrix Medical Network is a national in‑home clinical network providing comprehensive health assessments to members nationwide. Responsibilities During visits that can last up to one hour, providers review and observe a member’s health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment, and other risks. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps identify care gaps with a single visit. Conduct adult/geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, and physician and case‑management referrals. Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel. Work with the Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow‑up. Provide services at the member’s residence, including homes or skilled nursing facilities. Benefits Flexibility: Visits scheduled based on your availability from Sunday to Saturday, 8 am–7 pm. Competitive Pay: Earn per assessment ($90–$115). Monthly income can range from $1,800 to $11,500 depending on visits and location. Mileage reimbursement, 401(k), employee referral bonuses, and voluntary benefits. Education & Support: Comprehensive onboarding, preceptor assignment, 1:1 feedback, and free continuing education. Additional Licensure Support: Assistance with state licensure and credentialing for neighboring states. Full‑time opportunities for PRN providers with sign‑on bonuses. Qualifications Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure. Current NP licensure in state of practice, including prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority. AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty. Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification. 1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged. Valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate automobile insurance. Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
