Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the coordination of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and customer engagement efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are organized, motivated, and eager to build a career in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Prepare and organize marketing materials for internal initiatives
• Support promotional events and community outreach activities
• Maintain marketing records, schedules, and project documentation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Track campaign activities and prepare routine reports
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing operations
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Previous customer service, retail, or marketing experience is helpful but not required
