Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. This is a full‑time or part‑time position with a competitive hourly rate of 60‑65 dollars per hour. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication abilities of clients Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals Implement evidence‑based therapy techniques and strategies to improve speech and language skills Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and physicians, to provide integrated care for clients Educate and train clients, family members, and caregivers on speech and language techniques to facilitate carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans Stay current with advancements in the field of speech‑language pathology through continuing education and professional development opportunities Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and time‑management skills Commitment to providing high‑quality and evidence‑based therapy services #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
