We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and innovation are crucial for success.Position OverviewThe Senior Operations Training Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent training experiences for the JETSET franchise network and supporting the ongoing development, refinement, and maintenance of the programs and resources behind them.This role serves a dual purpose: creating dedicated ownership for the execution of franchisee-facing Operations training while providing additional capacity to build, improve, and maintain the programs and resources that support those experiences.The Senior Operations Training Manager will own the delivery of core Operations training programs hosted through the Regional Training & Support Centers (RTSCs), including Operational Readiness Training (ORT) and Franchise Business Orientation 2, while also leading and supporting additional RTSC workshops and development experiences for the franchise network as needed.Beyond training delivery, this role is responsible for understanding and measuring the effectiveness of the programs within their scope. The Director of Operations Programs & Development will establish measures of success in partnership with the Senior Operations Training Manager, who will be responsible for evaluating program performance and participant feedback, identifying trends and opportunities, and regularly bringing forward findings, recommendations, and proposed next steps to the Director.Between formal training sessions, this role will partner closely with the Director of Operations Programs & Development to strengthen existing programs, maintain training resources, incorporate learnings from live delivery, and support new franchisee-facing learning initiatives as business needs evolve.This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable facilitating in the room, evaluating the effectiveness of the experience behind the scenes, and using data and insights to help turn evolving business needs into scalable training solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesRTSC Training Program OwnershipOwn the preparation, delivery, follow-up, and continuous improvement of core Operations training programs hosted through the RTSC, including Operational Readiness Training (ORT), FBO 2, and future franchisee-facing Operations training programs.Responsibilities include:Oversee training readiness, including: materials, pre-work, participant communications, and training contentFacilitate and/or coordinate facilitation across each training experienceEnsure training materials, presentations, facilitator resources, and supporting content remain current and accurateEnsure required pre-work and training-related participant communications are completed and updated as neededTrack participant completion and required training follow-upCollect and evaluate participant feedbackIdentify recurring questions, knowledge gaps, and trends from live trainingTranslate feedback and facilitator observations into recommendations for program improvementSupport ongoing updates to training experiences as systems, processes, standards, and business needs evolvePartner with DFOs and functional SMEs to incorporate their expertise into training where appropriatePartner with the RTSC Office Operations Manager to ensure registration, scheduling, and logistical requirements are progressing appropriatelyThis role owns the training experience, not RTSC event administration. Registration, participant sign-up, facility logistics, food, travel coordination, and other RTSC administrative responsibilities are owned by the Office Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the training-related communication, pre-work, content, facilitator readiness, and participant readiness required for a successful experience.RTSC WorkshopsLead or support additional franchisee-facing workshops and development experiences hosted through the RTSC in partnership with the DFO, Director of Operations Programs & Development, and other functional leaders.Responsibilities include:Facilitate or support Operations-focused workshops based on network and business needsPartner with DFOs and SMEs to develop effective workshop experiencesPrepare materials, activities, facilitator resources, and supporting contentAdapt workshop content based on participant needs, performance opportunities, and business prioritiesCapture learnings and feedback from workshops to inform future developmentSupport new workshop concepts and learning experiences as the needs of the franchise network evolveWorkshops may focus on areas such as studio performance, franchisee leadership, systems and tools, operational execution, new initiatives, or other areas where hands-on learning would benefit the franchise network.Program Development & Resource SupportPartner with the Director of Operations Programs & Development to build, refine, and maintain the franchisee-facing Operations programs, training experiences, and resources.Responsibilities include:Support the development of new franchisee-facing Operations training programs and learning experiencesRefresh and improve existing programs based on business needs, performance trends, participant feedback, and learnings from live deliveryBuild and update facilitator guides, presentations, tools, and supporting resourcesMaintain franchisee-facing training resources to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and alignedTranslate insights from live training into recommendations for program improvementSupport testing and rollout of new training programs, systems, tools, and processesHelp turn new Operations processes and initiatives into clear, usable training experiences for the franchise networkPartner with cross-functional SMEs to ensure training content accurately reflects current standards and processesSupport the development of scalable training standards and repeatable frameworks as programming expands across RTSC locationsProgram Measurement, Insights & RecommendationsOwn the measurement and evaluation of assigned training programs and workshops to understand their effectiveness, identify opportunities, and inform ongoing program development.Responsibilities include:Partner with the Director of Operations Programs & Development to establish clear measures of success for assigned training programs and workshopsDevelop consistent methods for capturing and evaluating program performance, participant feedback, engagement, knowledge gaps, and other indicators of training effectivenessMonitor results and identify trends across training sessions, locations, participant groups, and programsEvaluate quantitative and qualitative data to understand what is working, what is not, and where opportunities existIdentify recurring themes, knowledge gaps, and operational challenges that may require changes to training content, resources, or program designRegularly report program performance, key findings, and emerging trends to the Director of Operations Programs & DevelopmentBring forward clear recommendations and proposed next steps based on findingsPartner with the Director to prioritize and implement program improvementsEvaluate the impact of program changes and continue refining based on resultsHelp evolve how JETSET defines and measures successful training as the network and RTSC model scaleInternal Team Training & Continued EducationPartner with the Director of Operations Programs & Development, DFOs, and functional leaders to develop and deliver consistent onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development experiences for regional pod teams, ensuring team members have the knowledge, skills, and tools to execute their roles effectively.Responsibilities include:Support the delivery of structured onboarding and role-specific training for new regional pod team members across Operations, NSO, and other pod functions.Plan and facilitate ongoing education, workshops, and skill-development sessions tailored to the responsibilities and evolving needs of each function within the regional pods.Partner with Director of Operations Programs & Development, DFOs and functional leaders to identify performance gaps, training opportunities, and development priorities across regional teams.Translate new operational initiatives, systems, processes, and brand standards into practical training programs that support consistent execution across all RTSCs.Develop and maintain standardized training materials, playbooks, facilitator guides, and learning resources to support consistent onboarding and continued education.Establish recurring training and development cadences in collaboration with regional leadership, incorporating emerging business needs, performance trends, and team feedback.Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and operational performance indicators, recommending improvements to strengthen team capabilities.Support the development of scalable training frameworks and train-the-trainer programs that enable consistent delivery as the regional pod structure
