The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kafka, TOSCA DI, and ETL Validation, along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves working on complex projects that drive innovation and efficiency within the company, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement robust solutions using Kafka, TOSCA DI, and ETL Validation to enhance data processing capabilities + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. + Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across various platforms. + Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and reliability. + Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity. + Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to uphold the company's reputation and integrity. - + Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. + Utilize language skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. + Contribute to the company's purpose by developing solutions that have a positive impact on society. \#LI-NC1 Applications will be accepted until 6/20/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $84,000 - $95,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
