Position Details

• Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR RN)
• Facility: Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
• Location: 1165 Montgomery Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95405
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 4x12 Days | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Variable starts: 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM) | 48 hrs/week
• Unit: OR RN

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years OR RN experience required (5 years preferred)
• Recent travel experience required
• Active CA RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• Epic experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Hard stop: Recent OR experience in Trauma, Orthopedics, Neuro, and Vascular
• Experience with General Surgery, Plastics, ENT, Robotics, GU/GYN preferred
• Call required (6–8 call shifts every 6 weeks, including nights/weekends)
• Floating required to Queen of the Valley, Petaluma Valley, and Healdsburg as needed
• Must be willing to cover an occasional night shift
• Locals accepted (50-mile radius at local rate)
