Part-Time Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

  Pay: $16 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

Looking for a meaningful part-time job that works with your class schedule? Community Living Connections (CLC) is hiring Part-Time Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community.

This role offers set part-time scheduling with flexibility, making it a great fit for college students, second jobs, or anyone needing consistent but flexible hours.

No healthcare experience needed. Many of our best employees come from backgrounds in customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, childcare, and education. We provide paid training, so we will teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and organization
• Help individuals participate in community activities and personal interests
• Build positive, supportive relationships (this is the most important part)
• Assist with transportation, errands, and daily routines
• Follow support plans and document services provided

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to assist individuals and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
