You will focus on hands‐on delivery, learning client systems quickly, and contributing reliable technical output while operating under senior guidance.You will:* Build data pipelines, AI components, and platform configurations within client environments* Develop Python and SQL solutions to extract, transform, and operationalize data* Configure and extend enterprise AI/data platforms under established architectures* Participate in client standups, technical working sessions, and delivery cadences* Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to client teams## Your Skills + ExperienceYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‐enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‐augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‐driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.Required Skills:* 3–5 years in software engineering, data engineering, or a forward‐deployed technical role* Hands‐on Python and SQL skills for building pipelines and operational solutions* Experience working with at least one enterprise AI or data platform (e.g., Palantir Foundry or cloud‐native equivalents)* Comfort working directly inside client environments with limited oversight* Ability to document technical work and explain outputs to non‐technical stakeholdersThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500 - $127,510Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
