Job Description As a Horticulture Leader , you’ll lead a team in maintaining and improving high-end residential and commercial properties. What You’ll Do: Lead a team of horticulture crew members in the maintenance of landscapes Ensure proper plant care, pruning, fertilization, and seasonal tasks are performed to the highest standards Identify plant health issues and implement appropriate treatments or solutions Safely operate and transport equipment, tools, and materials using trucks and trailers Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety at all times Communicate with the office and clients as needed to ensure expectations are met What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of plant care, landscape maintenance, and seasonal horticulture practices Hands‑on experience with pruning, fertilization, and proper installation techniques Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Clean driving record and ability to safely haul trailers Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently outdoors in all weather conditions Company Description Premier Staffing is a full-service staffing and employment agency focused on providing industrial, manufacturing, construction, oilfield and maintenance support in the Acadiana region.
