We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a growing operation and strengthen its people, processes, and overall performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can build structure, establish accountability, develop teams, and improve operations in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations with responsibility for performance, productivity, quality, safety, and execution.
• Build a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations, addressing performance issues, and developing employees and leaders.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members while supporting workforce stability and continued organizational growth.
• Improve operating processes, workflow, capacity, standard work, and overall efficiency.
• Establish and track meaningful performance measures, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts across the operation.
• Support equipment reliability and ensure maintenance priorities are aligned with production needs.
• Develop scalable operating practices and processes that support future growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, holding employees accountable, and improving workplace culture.
• Proven ability to succeed in an evolving operation where processes and structure are still being developed.
• Experience improving production systems, workflow, process controls, and overall operational performance.
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong judgment and the ability to independently prioritize issues, make decisions, and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
