About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial warehouse and commercial properties, along with managing a small office complex association. This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization and take ownership of property operations, tenant relationships, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Property Operations

Oversee daily operations across multiple sites
Conduct regular property inspections
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety)

Tenant Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
Handle maintenance requests and lease inquiries
Manage move-ins/move-outs and ensure lease compliance

Financial Management

Utilize Yardi Breeze Premier for budgeting, reporting, and rent tracking
Prepare and manage annual budgets
Monitor financial performance and approve expenses

Lease Administration

Maintain lease data and renewal schedules
Assist with lease negotiations and amendments
Ensure compliance with lease terms and insurance requirements

Association (HOA/POA) Management

Support office complex association operations
Coordinate board meetings and prepare meeting materials
Oversee common area maintenance and budgets

Vendor & Contract Oversight

Source and manage service vendors
Negotiate contracts and track performance

Compliance & Risk

Ensure compliance with ADA, safety codes, and regulations
Maintain documentation, incident reports, and insurance records
Assist with CAM reconciliations and property tax support

Qualifications

3–5+ years of commercial/industrial property management experience
Yardi Breeze Premier experience REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of:

Property operations
Financial reporting
Lease administration

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with HOA/association management (preferred)
Real estate license or CPM/RPA (a plus)
