Handles loading/unloading, pre/post‑trip vehicle checks, customer inquiries, and maintains vehicle condition. Be a Customer Ambassador: Primary point of contact, handle orders, resolve complaints, build relationships Safety and Efficiency: Load, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently, adhering to DOT and company regulations Maintain Your Vehicle: Perform routine maintenance checks and keep truck clean and ready for daily routes Physical Capability: Safely handle and deliver products, routinely lifting 25‑75 lbs and up to 125+ lbs with aid equipment, bending, walking, standing up to 8 hours a day with hazardous cargo Qualifications At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience verifiable under DOT requirements within the past 5 years, or recent graduate from an accredited driving school Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement upon offer Clean Motor Vehicle Record and minimum age of 21 Exceptional customer service skills and proactive attitude are a plus Physical capability to lift and transport products as described Skills Work independently, manage time effectively, read and comprehend material safety data sheets About Airgas Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, hard goods, and safety products.
