KITCHEN MANAGER | CANE ROSSO FORT WORTH

Cane Rosso Fort Worth is looking for a Kitchen Manager who can lead a crew, run a tight kitchen, and keep the food coming out hot, consistent, and ridiculously good.

Cane Rosso isn’t your average pizza joint, and we’re definitely not looking for an average kitchen leader.

As part of PILF Restaurant Group, we’re a little weird, very pizza-obsessed, and serious about developing great people.

Our restaurant family includes Zoli’s NY Pizza, Cane Rosso, Thunderbird Pies, and more.

We want a Kitchen Manager who can bring the energy, own the operation, develop their people, and still jump on the line when things get wild.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead, coach, train, and develop the Zoli’s BOH crew
• Build a kitchen culture people want to work in
• Keep food quality and consistency ridiculously high
• Own food cost, inventory, ordering, rotation, and waste
• Manage labor and scheduling based on business needs
• Conduct line checks, prep checks, and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen
• Hire and onboard new BOH team members
• Identify and develop future kitchen leaders
• Coach performance, recognize great work, and hold the team accountable
• Work alongside the General Manager to drive restaurant performance
• Jump in wherever needed because nobody at Zoli’s is too important to get their hands dirty

YOU’LL PROBABLY LOVE THIS JOB IF...

• You have Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, AKM, Chef, or similar leadership experience
• You love restaurants and the controlled chaos that comes with them
• You know your food cost from your labor cost
• You can coach someone without crushing their spirit
• You believe standards matter, even during a Saturday night rush
• You’re organized enough to manage inventory and prep but flexible enough to handle whatever the restaurant throws at you
• You want to develop people, not just supervise them
• You have or can obtain ServSafe certification
• You’re available nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
