Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced business environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting sales operations, strengthening customer relationships, and helping drive business growth.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, sales leadership, manufacturing, and distribution teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from quote to delivery.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Additional hours as approved by supervisor

What You'll Do

As a Sales Administrator, you'll serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments while supporting the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer technical and commercial requirements
• Prepare and process accurate customer quotes and orders
• Enter orders and quotations into the IMS ERP system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Distribution teams to determine product availability and lead times
• Manage and update customer portals with accurate information
• Follow up on quotes, samples, and opportunities to support sales growth
• Maintain accurate customer records and contact information
• Provide product data sheets and supporting documentation to customers
• Keep a highly organized and efficient workspace
• Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed
