Pay: $21.63 per hour Job Summary:
- Role: Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
- Objective: Provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervision: Manage DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Accounting: Ensure accurate management of individuals' funds.
- Program Implementation: Oversee and document each individual's program plan.
- Health & Safety: Monitor health and safety, ensure medical appointments are completed, and medications are administered properly.
- Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support staff.
- Compliance: Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as Cardinal Services' policies and procedures.
- Environment: Create a supportive, fun environment for both individuals served and employees.
- Impact: Show a desire to positively impact the lives of others.
- Preferred: Previous management experience and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Ability to transport individuals safely.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check.
