Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care services within a hospital setting. The clinician will work on a 7P-7A shift, supporting adult critical care patients and utilizing advanced equipment and documentation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions for adult patients in critical care units.
• Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech or relevant systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including dress code, tattoo, and piercing guidelines.
• Follow floating and attendance policies to ensure consistent staffing coverage.

Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license (RRT credential required).
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, preferably in critical care.
• Proficient with critical care equipment and procedures.
• Strong understanding of documentation systems such as Meditech.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, adherence to dress code, and compliance with hospital policies.
