Role Description This full-time Field Sales Representative role is responsible for educating prospective members about Champion Health Plan’s Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans and guiding them through the enrollment process. The individual will conduct outbound and inbound outreach, respond to inquiries from Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers, and explain plan benefits, coverage options, and eligibility requirements in a clear and compliant manner. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with community partners and providers, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting sales and service performance goals. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive member experience, adhere to all CMS and company compliance standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on product and regulatory updates. Qualifications Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing within a consultative sales environment. Bilingual Spanish/ English a must. Excellent communication abilities, with skill in explaining complex health plan information clearly, listening actively, and demonstrating empathy. Solid organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing multiple leads and tasks remotely. Comfort using digital tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic office software. Knowledge of Medicare Advantage or health insurance sales, and familiarity with CMS regulations, is highly beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
