Responsabilidades
· Recibir diariamente la dirección y despacho a pérdidas por extracción de agua, monitoreo, demo, etc. (según se le asigne) y documentar el avance diario.
· Preparar habitaciones/áreas para actividades de trabajo. Configure el área de preparación y el equipo para cada proyecto.
· Comuníquese con la gerencia y otros técnicos para mantener procesos de producción eficientes.
· Brinde un excelente servicio al cliente y transmita cualquier inquietud o pregunta al supervisor o gerente según sea necesario.
· Realice la limpieza y el desglose al final del día o del trabajo. Salir del lugar de trabajo con una apariencia limpia y ordenada.
· Mantenga los suministros, el equipo y un vehículo limpio: comunique los elementos necesarios o cualquier inquietud sobre el vehículo al supervisor o gerente.
· Responda a las llamadas de servicio de emergencia durante el horario comercial, después del horario laboral y/o mediante la rotación de guardia.
· Asistir a otros departamentos o atender otras tareas según lo solicitado
· Aprenda los sistemas SERVPRO y prepárese para crecer y sobresalir con el equipo/empresa
Requisitos del Puesto
· Licencia de conducir válida: puede hacer adaptaciones si está en proceso o para circunstancias específicas.
Habilidades/Exigencias Físicas/Competencias
· Capacidad para levantar un mínimo de 50 libras regularmente, ocasionalmente hasta 100 libras con ayuda
· Capacidad para subir escaleras, trabajar a la altura del techo y trabajar en espacios reducidos (p. ej., espacios angostos, áticos)
· Habilidad para empujar/jalar/levantar/transportar objetos repetitivamente
· Capacidad para trabajar con/alrededor de agentes de limpieza
· Capacidad para completar con éxito una verificación de antecedentes sujeta a la ley aplicable
