Job Description HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for a CRNA who is passionate about high quality patient care to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City, Florida. Located about 30 minutes south of Tampa off I-75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton. Highlights of Opportunity / Qualified Candidates Care Team Model: 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA. Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, General, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics. No hearts, no pediatrics, no OB. Average surgical volume of 3,600 cases annually. Supervision model: 2 Physicians on during the day. Physicians sit cases as needed. No call. No weekends. Schedule is 4, 10s. Incentive / Benefits Package $75,000 start date bonus and relocation assistance available. Premium rate of $170 per hour for picking up extra shifts. 8 weeks paid time away from practice, frontloaded (not accrued). Increases with years of service.
