Pallet Repair / Builder


If you love working with your hands and take pride in building something solid, this is your chance to shine. As a Pallet Repair/Builder , you'll be crafting and restoring wooden pallets using recycled materials and tools like nail guns, saws, and hammers.


What You'll Do:

• Build and repair wooden pallets to meet quality standards
• Use a variety of tools (nail guns, saws, hammers, pneumatic tools)
• Work independently to meet production goals
• Keep your workspace clean and safe

What You'll Need:

• Past construction, pallet repair or other relevant work history
• Steel-toed footwear
• Comfort with tools and physical work
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stay on your feet
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures
