Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or higher) Full Time Professional Houston, TX, US Salary Range: $28.00 To $40.00 Hourly Job Description We are looking for individuals licensed to provide clinical mental health services. This candidate must have strong engagement skills and working knowledge of generally accepted therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities and Duties Providing community-based services utilizing evidence-based best practices and implementing interventions in professional growth and development. Providing intensive, person-centered, and strength-based services. Completing intakes, reassessments, and providing therapy, and skills-based interventions. Providing supervision (based on your clinical skill set and our office operations). Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external caregivers and entities important to integrated and holistic client care. Qualifications and Skills Requirements Applicant must be fully licensed in clinical or counseling psychology and/or social work (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPA). At minimum an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with a master’s degree and verifiable clinical experience. Strong working knowledge of engagement skills and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health-related problems, including an understanding of DSM criteria. Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently. A master’s degree is preferred. Regular travel to our Houston office will be required for meetings and training.
